Miyaka Osanai was born in Hokkaido. Her father married her mother when they are College students. When she was an infant, so many father's brother and sister live in her house. She say "I was very happy when I lived with so many family."
Her father go a position in a big electric company after he graduated. She had lived in Hokkaido when she was 6 years old, but she moved to Tokyo because her father transferred to the head office.
When she was a school girl, she was lively curious girl. But she can't play satisfactorily because she had no place for her playing in Tokyo. Therefore, she liked watching TV. She says "I loved large robot heroes. Everyday, I watched some robot animation."
And she was brave , therefore she often fought with boys and knock out enemies. When she was a junior high school student, because her friend's boy friend straddled for her love and one girl, she was angry about his attitude and she broke his jaw.
When she was high school student, she had a turning point. When she graduated junior high school, her father transferred to the Yokohama office. She entered a private high school in Yokohama and joined a Electric technique Club. She and her friends planned a little robot and exhibited it in a contest. In first challenge, she won a no prize. But she studied robot engineering very hard for making a good robot. At last, her team won the champion ship of a robot contest when she was third year student. But this victory did not satisfied her curiosity her curiosity. After she graduated a high school, she entranced a famous University, the Faculty of Engineering to make a great. She joined a Robot Studying Club and studied robot engineering. Her passion for robot was mad. She went to a University early in the morning, and went to and from between a club room and a lecture room and engrossed in planning of robot.
When she was junior, she studied under a Professor Hirasawa, he was a famous scientist of robot engineering. But, in her summer vacation, she came a big crisis. One day, her family went to Atami by car but they met with a motor car accident. Her parents died and she and her brother suffered serious injury. Her brother was physically handicapped person because he broke his backbone. She broke her legs.
After 2 months, she left a hospital, but she didn't know what to do. Because she lost her parents, house, and money, she couldn't go to University. After her brother came home in Hokkaido, she made up her mind to give up her studies and come home. But Professor Hirasawa made her give up her decision. Professor Hirasawa looked after her in his house and helped her school expenses. She said "Thanks to him, I didn't need to give up my dream." She got excellent results and got a position in a robot technology division of a large electric company after she graduated a University. She studied robot technology very hard in Shibaura laboratory. But two years after, this robot technology division closed because this company's depression. She disappointed it, but she worked in her new office. But she was irritated by her new job. At last, she went to Professor Hirasawa for advice. He said "Don't worry, Miyaka. Let's come back this University. I think, you will be approved of your scholarship. You can study for your dream once more." When she was 25 years old, she entranced the graduate school and study hard. These years later, she got a chance of study abroad at the expense of the Government. She studied in a University in the United States for one year. She studied very hard for five years and she improved her skill of research. Who she was 30 years old, she heard the news that a new University, Hokkai University, was established on a near her parent's family. Hokkai University advertised for lecturers and she applicants this University. Hokkai University employed few peoples of hundreds applicants, but she was adopted as an assistant by the faculty of Engineering.
Because she got a position in a University, she came back her home in Hokkaido after 20 year's absence. But only her grandparents and her brother lived in this large home and their meadow was left to ruin. She regretted this state, but she hit on a good idea. "I got a job on a University by a Professor Hirasawa's help. Now I want to help some promising students." Her idea was the used this house as lodgings. Her grandparents agreed to use. She lost no time taking in two boarders. When she was 32 years old, she was Assistant Professor. 8 boarders planed party for congratulating her success, she said "When I am invited this party, I'm very happy. I thank all of the people who helped me."
